Meeting with our client for deployment

A productive meeting and discussion were held with our client to plan the deployment of the system. The session focused on finalizing requirements, addressing implementation details, and ensuring the system aligns with the client’s needs. Deployment Day

Deployment day marks the successful installation and implementation of the system for the client. Our team receives a Certificate of Successful Deployment from the client, recognizing the successful implementation and turnover of the system. The photo captures a proud moment of achievement, reflecting our hard work, teamwork, and commitment to delivering a fully functional and reliable system that meets the client’s requirements.

Week 1

involves orientation and introduction to the workplace, including its rules, policies, and daily routines. It marks the beginning of the internship journey, where we are guided on proper conduct, workflow expectations, and overall office procedures to help us smoothly adjust to the professional environment.

Week 2

Mid-training reflection focusing on evaluating overall performance and identifying areas for improvement based on supervisor feedback. This stage helped us recognize strengths, address weaknesses, and apply suggested enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and professional growth in our tasks.

Week 3

Completed weekly tasks more independently while strengthening problem-solving skills through hands-on experience and practical application. This week also included a virtual meeting with our CEO, where we discussed progress, received valuable feedback, and gained insights to further improve our performance and workflow.

Week 4

Conducted onsite training with the client, providing hands-on guidance and explaining the system’s functions and features. This focused on ensuring proper understanding of the system’s workflow and improving communication and technical support skills..

Week 5

Assisted in more complex activities and gained hands-on experience by observing and applying best practices shared by the team. This stage helped improve technical skills, teamwork, and understanding of efficient workflows in a real work environment.

Week 6

Improved workflow efficiency while continuing to develop strong professional habits in the workplace. This stage emphasized discipline, consistency, and adaptability, helping us work more effectively within team processes and office standards.

Week 7

Worked collaboratively with the team, actively contributing to shared goals and supporting daily operations. This stage strengthened teamwork, communication, and responsibility in completing assigned tasks efficiently and effectively.

Week 8

Refined skills through repetition and applied lessons learned to new tasks.

Week 9

Handled assigned responsibilities with minimal supervision, demonstrating improved confidence and independence. This stage reflected growing competence, allowing tasks to be completed more efficiently while maintaining quality and accountability.

Week 10

Completed documentation and ensured that all outputs complied with workplace standards and requirements. This stage emphasized accuracy, proper formatting, and consistency to maintain professional quality in all submitted work.

Week 11

Traveled to Quezon City to conduct system training, assisting users in understanding the system’s features and proper usage. Also supported final tasks and ensured all requirements were completed and properly organized in preparation for the completion of OJT requirements.

Week 12

Final improvements were made to ensure the quality and completeness of all outputs, followed by wrap-up activities to properly close pending tasks. Continued coordination with the team was maintained to confirm completion of requirements and ensure a smooth and organized conclusion of the training period.

Week 13

Completion week focused on finalizing all documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submitted requirements, and preparing acknowledgements for the people who supported the training journey. It also included a reflection on overall learning experiences, highlighting the skills gained, challenges overcome, and personal and professional growth throughout the OJT period.
